Job Title: Product Officer

Job Summary:
The Product Officer is responsible for supporting the development, administration, and continuous improvement of Bedrock Software’s digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the planning, development, and delivery of digital products in line with business objectives.
2. Gather and document product requirements, user feedback, and enhancement requests.
3. Coordinate product activities between Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
4. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate new features before deployment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Support, or a related role.
3. Experience working with software development teams and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
4. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product management principles.
